Ben Whiteman scored twice as Doncaster came from behind to inflict a first Sky Bet League One defeat of the campaign on Ipswich.

Northampton, meanwhile, ran out 2-1 winners at home to Swindon as a Chris Missilou header and Danny Rose strike had the hosts two up inside half an hour – Tyler Smith’s second-half penalty not enough to earn the Robins a share of the

Bristol Rovers made it three league wins from four as Brandon Hanlan’s header beat Shrewsbury 1-0.

Portsmouth were also successful on the road, goals from John Marquis and Michael Jacobs in the space of three first-half minutes enough to down Gillingham.

Dion Charles headed in the only goal of the game as Accrington recorded a home win over Fleetwood.
